Total Success for Total Merrill

Merrill Lynch's President of Global Private Client Group, James Gorman, kicked off 2003 with the launch of a new, innovative image campaign and revolutionary banking service. Working side-by-side with the account team from Brand Marketing, Marsteller transformed the old Merrill Lynch museum space into a 180-degree environment with nine floating screens on an illuminated, wrap-around backdrop. Dramatic animated sequences revealed Beyond Banking and the new "Total Merrill" campaign. Highly produced video segments featured Merrill Lynch customers and Financial Advisors and brought relationship management to life.

One financial journalist told Merrill, "I cover all of your competitors -- and nobody does it like this!"
